Greece
There are 3 possible ways to receive your order.
- Your order can be delivered to your preferred destination , you can pick up your order in-store in one of Anna Maria Mazaraki boutiques or via Box Now. All orders are shipped between 1 and 10 working days.
- Delivery at preferred destination is held by courier services “ACS” and ''EASY MAIL''. We offer free delivery for orders above 45€ within Greece. Kindly note that when preferred payment method is Cash on Delivery an additional cost of 1,50€ will be applied to your total amount of payment.
- If you wish to pick up your order at any Anna Maria Mazaraki boutique, simply choose the location of your preference. You will be informed via mail when your order is ready, and you have 3 business days to receive your order.
- If you choose Box Now, you can pick up your order from a locker box of your choice 24/7. Please wait at least 24 hours after the dispatch to retrieve your order. Learn how it works here.
Express Same-Day Delivery
At Anna Maria Mazaraki we’re always looking for ways to help our customers and provide for their needs. For that, we’ve created a new service for same-day delivery. If you order before a certain time, we can guarantee you get your product on the same day. The cost for this service is 8,00€.
To ensure that we can get these items to you on time, this option is only available for certain parts of our inventory, not our entire collection. Similarly, all orders for same-day delivery do not qualify for cash on delivery.
Jewelry that qualifies for same-day delivery will have a descriptive icon on their pictures.
If your checkout basket has items from this selection, you will be able to choose Express Shipping for them by reaching out to us at 2106848300 or e-shop@mazaraki.eu after completing the order. Placing the order as-is will result in all items in your basket sent with standard delivery.
Express Delivery is currently only available within Attika, Greece. You can check if your post code is serviced by express delivery at Express PostCodes.
Orders for same-day delivery will arrive within two time periods, depending on the time of order place.
1) Between 10:00-14:00 if you place an order by 09:30 am
2) Between 14:00-18:00 if you place an order by 13:30 pm
National holidays and weekends are exempt from Express Delivery. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be sent out for delivery on Monday morning. In the event of hazardous events, such as extreme weather or national emergencies, the delivery window may be moved or cancelled due to these extenuating circumstances
Cyprus
There are 3 possible ways to receive your order.
- Delivery at preferred destination is held either by courier services “ACS” with shipping costs 8€, or through the courier services of “DHL” with shipping costs 16€ without the possibility of cash on delivery.
If you wish to pick up your order at any Anna Maria Mazaraki boutique, simply choose the location of your preference and receive your order for free.
- If you choose Box Now, you can pick up your order from a locker box of your choice 24/7. Please wait 48 hours after the dispatch to retrieve your order. Learn how it works here.
Worldwide Shipping
Your order will be sent via DHL, and you will be provided with the tracking number once shipped.
*Please note that any orders delivered outside the European Union may also be subject to extra customs fees, as per the country’s regulations.
Anna Maria Mazaraki S.A. is not responsible for the fee in your country, and we invite you to check with your local customs authority before completing the order.
