No, you do not need to create a personal account to order at annamariamazaraki.gr. By choosing «guest checkout» you can complete your purchase without creating an account. However, by creating your personal account, you have the opportunity to store personal information and shipping addresses so you do not need to re-write them each time you place an order.
You can change your password and enter a new one easily! Enter “My Account”, select change password after completing the email with which you created your account, and a link will be send to your e-mail. Tab in the link and you will be asked to change your password!
Once logged in, in the upper section our site (www.annamariamazaraki.gr) click on the link “my account”. From the left menu you can make the desired changes to your information.
If you placed your order through our e-shop, you will automatically informed via e-mail for available updates. If you placed your order via telephone, you can contact our Customer Services Department at +30 2106818126 ext 26, 22, 32 and receive an update.

A special order concerns a product that it is made especially for you. These items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. In order to proceed with a special order a deposit of half its value will have to be deposited to one of the company’s bank accounts. The deposit will be deducted from the total of your jewelry order when it is ready to ship.
