Online Payment (via Credit / Debit card)
We accept the following Credit / Debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express. All payments are fully secured.
Cash on Delivery (available in Greece & Cyprus only)
Pay in full in cash to the courier bringing your parcel upon receipt. Please note there is an extra charge of 1€ for the service for Greece and 5€ for Cyprus.
In order to pay via bank transfer you need to finalize your online order without payment. You order will be on hold and will be only completed (which means processed and delivered between 4 to 15 working days), upon receipt of full payment in one of the below bank accounts. A useful tip to expedite the process would be to note in the comments area “E-shop payment and the name in which the order was made”.

As soon as you deposit the payment of your order, we advise you to inform us via e-mail at [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> with your name, order number, payment amount and the bank to which you sent the funds. Should the bank transfer not be sent within 3 days after the order has been made, the order will automatically be cancelled.
For PayPal purchases, simply choose this payment type and click “confirm order”. Then you will securely be redirected to Paypal’s website in order to complete the payment.
Your order can either be delivered to your preferred destination or you can pick up your order in-store in one of Anna Maria Mazaraki boutiques.
Delivery at preferred destination is held by courier services “Courier Center”. We offer free delivery to all orders within Greece. Kindly note that when preferred payment method is Cash on delivery an additional cost of 1€ will be applied to your total amount of payment.
If you wish to pick up your order at any Anna Maria Mazaraki boutique, simply choose the location of your preference. The service is not available for our boutiques located in Attica Department Stores and Factory Outlet.
Delivery at preferred destination is held by courier services “Courier Center”. Delivery costs 10€ for all orders to Cyprus. Kindly note that when preferred payment method is cash on delivery an additional cost of 5€ will be applied to your total amount of payment.
You order will be sent via Fedex and you will be provided with the tracking number once shipped. Flat rate for all international orders is 25€.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt. To complete the return or exchange, all products should be in excellent condition and in no other state beyond their original. We will not accept products should the tag be removed.
Returning goods should be carefully packed to avoid possible damages during shipping process.
Returns/exchanges are free of charge within Greece only when Courier Center is used and only for one return. In case sender wishes to use another courier company, the sender will be responsible for such costs.
If your order has been sent abroad return fees should be paid by sender.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for special orders.
In case of Return, amount can either be credited to your account for a future purchase or refunded to your bank account. Refunds are provided only when the returned good/s are accompanied by the receipt of purchase.
Kindly note that:
1) Refunds require a period of 5 working days, starting once the returned good/s have been delivered back to the e-shop.
2) 1st bank account holder must be the customer in whose name the order was carried out
3) Refund of partial returns are only applicable via transfer to bank account.
Attention! Refunds are only applicable for e-shop purchases and not store purchases.
Please note that we do not accept returns for seasonal products and no refunds are available for seasonal products.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your account.
